The product
Fixnote is a browser extension that helps you write up requested changes to websites. The Free plan is provided as-is at no charge. The Pro plan is a subscription that removes the free plan’s limits for one person on one browser at a time.
Your license
A Pro license key is for one individual. You may move it between your own computers by removing it from one browser and activating it on another. Sharing a key with other people, or reselling it, ends the license.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. If Fixnote doesn’t do what this site says it does, email us within 14 days of your first purchase and we will refund it.
Your content
Everything you create with Fixnote is yours. It is stored in your browser and we never receive it.
Acceptable use
Use Fixnote on sites you are allowed to review. Don’t use it to break the law or to interfere with a website you don’t have permission to work on.
No warranty; limited liability
Fixnote is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can’t promise it works on every website or is free of bugs. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll note it on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Fixnote after that means you accept the change.
